- offense report regarding the perpetrators of the accident;
- explanations from all parties involved in the accident;
- identity card, driver’s license, registration certificate (or one given by the owner).
9. Receive a referral from the Insurance Company for inspection and damage assessment.
10. Agree on the date of inspection and assessment of damage to the vehicle.
11. Conduct an inspection and assessment of the vehicle.
12. Receive an assessment from the Insurance Company and review it.
13. Submit a written application for payment from the Insurance Company in case of agreement with the assessment.
